About the dashboard

The dashboard uses real time data to tell you if the Practitioner Lodgment Service is functioning normally or is experiencing problems. If there has been an outage or a change in the operational status and if after 15 minutes your experience is not reflected contact the ATO. This dashboard does not reflect the status of other systems which PLS interacts with or relies upon, such as Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM) authentication services.

Delays to the availability of 2026 tax return preparations and lodgments

Due to critical updates required, we have delayed the availability of ATO software services for digital service providers to access and make available the 2026 tax returns and prefill. The expected availability for the digital service providers to access the return is 24th of June.

You should consider not lodging yet,until income statements are marked as 'tax ready' and all relevant pre-fill data is available for your client.
