The dashboard uses real time data to tell you if the Practitioner Lodgment Service is functioning normally or is experiencing problems. If there has been an outage or a change in the operational status and if after 15 minutes your experience is not reflected contact the ATO. This dashboard does not reflect the status of other systems which PLS interacts with or relies upon, such as Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM) authentication services.

Live health metrics currently unavailable
Due to system maintenance, the live health charts have been temporarily disabled. This does not affect service availability. The charts will be enabled again at 5:00 pm AEST Friday 29 May.
We are aware of intermittent performance problems with the Practitioner Lodgment Service that may affect agents when using their PLS enabled software to update client details or lodge various forms. We are working to resolve these problems as a priority.
