About the dashboard

The dashboard uses real time data to tell you if the Practitioner Lodgment Service is functioning normally or is experiencing problems. If there has been an outage or a change in the operational status and if after 15 minutes your experience is not reflected contact the ATO. This dashboard does not reflect the status of other systems which PLS interacts with or relies upon, such as Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM) authentication services.

Online Services degradation

We are aware of degraded performance impacting our online services, impacting document retrieval services. We are investigating the cause as a priority. We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your continued patience during this time.
