About the dashboard

The dashboard uses real time data to tell you if the Practitioner Lodgment Service is functioning normally or is experiencing problems. If there has been an outage or a change in the operational status and if after 15 minutes your experience is not reflected contact the ATO.

Digital ID Outage

We are aware of an outage impacting Digital ID services. You may not be able to log into the Online services for agents as a result. We are working to investigate the issue as a priority. We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your continued patience during this time.
