The dashboard uses real time data to tell you if the Practitioner Lodgment Service is functioning normally or is experiencing problems. If there has been an outage or a change in the operational status and if after 15 minutes your experience is not reflected contact the ATO. This dashboard does not reflect the status of other systems which PLS interacts with or relies upon, such as Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM) authentication services.

Live health metrics unavailable
We are currently experiencing an issue impacting the display of our live health metrics. To prevent inaccurate information from being shown, the live health charts have been temporarily disabled. This does not affect service availability.
We are working to resolve the issue, and the charts will be enabled again once the issue is resolved.
We have identified the issues impacting the practitioner lodgement service and working to restore full services as soon as possible. These issues were with our systems and not your software. Further updates on progress will be provided on this page.
