The dashboard uses real time data to tell you if the Practitioner Lodgment Service is functioning normally or is experiencing problems. If there has been an outage or a change in the operational status and if after 15 minutes your experience is not reflected contact the ATO. This dashboard does not reflect the status of other systems which PLS interacts with or relies upon, such as Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM) authentication services.

Document retrieval maintenance
Our document retrieval service will be undergoing maintenance from 11:30 PM Friday 21 November to 7:00 AM Monday 24 November (AEDT). During this time, communication history, practice mail, notice of assessments (NOA) retrieval and other document retrieval services may be unavailable. We apologise for any inconvenience.
