The dashboard uses real time data to tell you if the Practitioner Lodgment Service is functioning normally or is experiencing problems. If there has been an outage or a change in the operational status and if after 15 minutes your experience is not reflected contact the ATO. This dashboard does not reflect the status of other systems which PLS interacts with or relies upon, such as Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM) authentication services.

Online Services degradation
A fix has been implemented for yesterdays degraded performance impacting our document retrieval services. All services are now working and we are monitoring the results. Refer to the
OSFA Dashboardfor updates.
Live health metrics unavailable
We are currently experiencing an issue impacting the display of our live health metrics. To prevent inaccurate information from being shown, the live health charts have been temporarily disabled. This does not affect service availability.
We are working to resolve the issue, and the charts will be enabled again once the issue is resolved.
