Update
All PLS functions have been restored but we will continue to monitor the system throughout this morning to ensure all services are operating fully.

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring performance. During this phase we have returned monitoring back to normal, however, some functions may be slow and/or intermittent during the monitoring period.
