The dashboard uses real time data to tell you if the Practitioner Lodgment Service is functioning normally or is experiencing problems. If there has been an outage or a change in the operational status and if after 15 minutes your experience is not reflected contact the ATO.

Get webhook notifications whenever PLS creates an incident, updates an incident, resolves an incident or changes a component status.
One node on Cloud based platform began returning errors. It was restarted with all services returned.

Depending on the software you use, you experience some slowness in some PLS services at this time. This is not a fault with your software, but an ATO problem. We are investigating the problem as a priority. Thank you for your patience.
