About the beta process

This beta dashboard reports the results of our internal transaction testing of Practitioner Lodgment Services, both single and batch. As you use the dashboard, we ask that you provide feedback in relation to what the dashboard is reporting compared to your actual experience. This will enable us to calibrate the services to accurately reflect changes in performance.

About the dashboard

The dashboard tells you at a glance whether the Practitioner Lodgment Service is functioning normally or is experiencing problems. This is real-time data sourced directly from ATO monitoring systems.

Country by Country files

12 April 2018 - Agents are currently unable to lodge Country by Country files using their Practitioner Lodgment Service (PLS) software. We are working with your Digital Service Providers to resolve the issue as a priority. We will post an update when the issue is resolved.
